The username is your call sign (caps should not matter), and the password should have been emailed to you from google mail with a unique password. Note, the K6LY "members only website" password (initially set to "changeme") is not the same as the webmail password unless you set them up that way.

Mail forwarding in google mail can be setup in the settings menu.
